Why create an account?
After creating an account you will :
- have access to the “favourites” feature,
- be able to download certain data published by RTE,
- have access to forms (PKI certificate, EIC code, Customer questionnaire - KYC),
- have access to notifications.
If you are an RTE customer, feel free to contact your administrator so that he or she can give you access to your company’s services.
RTE provides the planned and unplanned unavailability of elements on its network, having an impact on cross border capacities.
The planned unavailabilities are published once they have been validated by operational teams, who are in charge of the maintenance of the planned works dates. These information are considered as inside information in terms of REMIT 1227/201 regulation.
An outage is :
- Ongoing, if its start date has passed but its end date is in the future
- Planned if its start date is in the future
- Closed if its start and end dates have passed
- Cancelled if RTE considers that the outage is no longer valid.
